How long will my colour appointment take?

The timing depends on what services you are having.
Generally colour appointments that include a cut and blow-dry are approximately three-four hours.
For a basic service you could be with us for two hours, and for major colour changes (dark-light or colour corrections) we will usually need more time.
In some instances you will be required for a whole day.
We can discuss this in your consultation.
Perfection takes time , and we would never want to rush your service and jeopardize the integrity of your hair.

Where should I park?

All day parking is available inside Menai Metro Carpark, also there is limited  street parking in the local surrounding area.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Cash, EFTPOS, Visa and Mastercard.
Unfortunately we do not accept payment via American Express or Diners Club Card.

Do I need to confirm my booking?

We use an automated text confirmation system. Please reply to the confirmation text to confirm or cancel your Appointment. If you don’t receive a confirmation text 24-48 hours before your scheduled time, please contact the salon by phone to verify your appointment. While we do send reminder texts, we recommend recording your appointment details in your personal calendar as well, in case there is any unforeseen issue with the message delivery.

What if I need to cancel my appointment?

When you book an appointment with the salon as a new client you will be asked to provide your credit card details for a deposit. When booking online , the full payment is required. In the event that you are unable to make your booking, we kindly ask that you provide the salon with more than 24 hours notice. If this is provided you will receive a credit on your file which can be used on services or retail at a later date. Please note all deposits/payments are non refundable. Should you fail to contact the salon to cancel or reschedule your appointment within this notice period, your payment will be forfeited.
If you arrive at your appointment as scheduled, your payment will simply be deducted from your overall service charge.
If you are running late, please be advised that we may not be able to perform your complete service.
Please appreciate that our salon operates according to strict timing to ensure our scheduled appointments run to time.

What products do you use?

We use a combination of Redken products , including Redken tints , Pureology , Ghd , Mermaid and Seamless1 tape extensions.
